Channel art and profile picture

Desperate times is desperate measures. Can anyone make EverythingNo a channel art for the new YouTube one layout? I made a rough one which is terrible and I need a new and better one quick :s. Also, if you could, could anyone make me a profile picture as well? If you could that would be great :). Comment about it for more information and what rewards you would get.
